Infraestructure

The Graduate Program in Veterinary Medicine (Animal Clinics and Reproduction) has a broad and modern infrastructure to allow our students to carry out their research projects with full peace of mind.

As administrative support, the Program has a Secretariat located at the Veterinary School of the Fluminense Federal University, more specifically on the second floor of the Professor Miguel Cione Pardi  Building, located at Rua Vital Brazil, 64 in Niterói, RJ. The secretariat has a room for the administrative technicians who serve the Program, as well as a room for the Program coordinator, and it serves as a place for meetings. It also has an equipped classroom for in-person PPG (Graduate Program) classes. The PPG has an auditorium for holding dissertations and theses defense presentations, as well as lectures and training courses. The auditorium is equipped with a system that allows hybrid activities to be carried out. There are also a pantry and bathrooms available to work as support venues for this auditorium.

LIBRARY

The Veterinary Medicine School Library has a network of computers connected to the internet that are available for connection with the most modern bibliographic information centers.

The Library also contains several national and international scientific indexes and journals, some originating from exchanges with the Brazilian Journal of Veterinary Science, published by the Veterinary Medicine School at UFF. The library of the Veterinary Medicine School is sectoral, and there is a considerable number of books in the collection.

In addition to the bibliographic collection of the Veterinary School Library, students in the Program can also access the collections of the Libraries of the Biomedical Institute, the Antônio Pedro University Hospital, and the Biology Institute of the Fluminense Federal University.
